1. How can we book?
The best way to book is right here on our site. We also have booking options on AirBnB and VRBO. If none of those work for you for some reason, please contact us.
2. Where exactly are you?
We are in northern Ohio County West Virginia, which is that slice of West Virginia between Pennsylvania and Ohio we call the Northern Panhandle. You'll get exact directions when you've booked.
3. Can I bring my kids and pets?
Yes. We allow children and all non-vicious dogs. But please understand the accommodations are not baby-proof and the property as a whole is in a natural condition so you need to supervise kids and pets carefully while you're with us.
4. When is check-in, check-out?
Standard times are after 3 to check in and before 10 to check out. If you need special accommodations, feel free to ask. Guests arriving to the cabin are strongly advised to arrive during daylight hours because of the rural location, and it is much easier to understand where you are going when you can see more than just the driveway.
5. Do you cater, provide housekeeping or other service during our stay?
The caretaker, Trish is typically on property Monday thru Friday 11AM-7PM. She can answer questions, provide directions and refill supplies. Most of our guests have chosen to self cater but if you would like we can put you in contact with local vendors to supply meals at their rates. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, please let us know ahead of time and we usually can arrange that for an additional fee.
If you have something else in mind, feel free to ask!
6. Why are your cleaning fees that much?
For the Estate House, because it is a very large home and quality work takes time. For the other properties it is also because we take pride in the work our cleaners do and we pay a living wage.
